Design and construction of a three-storey administrative headquarters with stone facade, MEP fit-out and external works.
A turnkey design-and-build commission for a three-storey administrative headquarters of approximately 4,200 m².
AUC coordinated architectural and structural design, reinforced concrete works, sand-stone cladding, full mechanical and electrical installation, and external landscaping and parking.
The building was delivered ready for occupation, including furniture supply through our general trading division.
