Design and construction of a three-storey administrative headquarters with stone facade, MEP fit-out and external works.
Construction of an 18-classroom primary school with administration block, shaded courtyard and services connections.
AUC constructed a complete primary school complex serving the Al-Alam district, comprising 18 classrooms, a science laboratory, administration block and sanitary facilities.
The project included a shaded central courtyard, boundary wall, water storage, standby power and connection to municipal services. Classroom furniture and office supplies were provided through our trading division.
